DPA Monitor
Watching 10 vendors’ data-processing pages

Your vendors change their terms. You’ll know.

We watch your vendors’ data processing agreements and subprocessor lists — the pages nobody reads until an auditor asks. When one changes, you get an email. That’s the whole product.

Free for 3 vendors. No credit card. Set it up in two minutes.

Nothing has changed across the vendors we watch — yet. The moment one does, it lands here and in your inbox. We won’t invent activity to look busy.

Set it up once. We do the watching.

1

Pick your vendors

Check the boxes for the SaaS tools you use — Zoom, Stripe, Notion, and the rest.

2

We watch the pages

We snapshot each vendor's pages and re-check them on a schedule. You don't lift a finger.

3

You get an email

When a page changes, we send a plain-English summary and a link to the official source.

The objection window opens whether or not you’re looking

When a vendor adds a subprocessor, GDPR Article 28 usually gives you a window to object before it takes effect. SOC 2 auditors ask when you last reviewed each vendor. Miss the change, and you’ve been trusting a data flow you never signed off on. We make sure you’re looking.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does DPA Monitor watch?

Your vendors' public legal pages: data processing agreements, subprocessor lists, privacy policies, terms and security pages. We take a snapshot, and when the page meaningfully changes, we tell you what moved.

What's a subprocessor, and why should I care?

A subprocessor is a third party your vendor uses to process your data — say, the AI provider behind a new feature. When a vendor adds one, GDPR Article 28 usually gives you a window to object. That window opens whether or not you're looking.

How will I hear about a change?

Email. We send a plain-English summary of what changed, when, and a link to both our page and the official source. Free accounts get a weekly digest; Pro gets instant alerts.

Is this legal advice?

No. DPA Monitor detects and reports changes and links you to the official source. We never interpret legal meaning or give advice — for your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

How much does it cost?

Free to watch 3 vendors with a weekly digest. Pro is $49/month for 25 vendors with instant alerts and full diffs. No credit card to start.
